Bryan is also the former Vice-President of a locally known and highly regarded residential builder and remodeling company and has performing hundreds of quality inspections resulting in detailed exposure to development trends, standards, and building codes. Bryan is Certified through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and is the Co-founder of the West Michigan Chapter of NACHI. Bryan is also a Certified Mold Inspector through Pro-Lab the worlds largest environmental testing laboratory. "To some Inspectors, this is a job - to me, it's a Passion!" Tracy brings over 15 years business experience in corporate America, which gives her the knowledge and experience necessary to head up Business Development. One of Michelle's responsibilities is to ensure that our clients consistently receive quality inspections in a convenient, concise, and timely manner regardless of who is assigned to the inspection.
